Collaboration format: mixed (a combination of offline and online works). Preference is given to candidates who will be able to work in the city of Kyiv.

Basic tasks and responsibilities within the scope of the contract:

  • collection, processing and analysis of data from the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property (hereinafter - the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property) and other information systems integrated with it;
  • development, implementation and monitoring of the data quality and integrity control policy in RPZM;
  • preparation of proposals for making changes to the RPZM for the implementation of data control and integrity policies in order to improve their quality;
  • data analysis using modern methods and tools, such as SQL, Python , R, Tableau, Power BI and others;
  • preparation of reports and presentations with data analysis results for the RPZM team and other stakeholders;
  • preparation of reports and analytical materials for project management; /li>
  • participation in the development and implementation of a data-driven approach when making management decisions and policy formation in the field of working with data in RPZM;
  • continuous training and development of own skills in the field of data science ( data science) and data analysis;
  • cooperation with other RPZM teams and external partners to ensure effective use of data in projects.

Requirements for contest participants:

  • higher education in the field of information technology, mathematics, statistics or related fields;
  • work experience in the field of data science and data analysis for at least 2 years;
  • ability to work with large amounts of data;
  • ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions;
  • knowledge and ability to use modern methods and tools for data collection, processing and analysis (SQL , Python, R, Tableau, Power BI and others);
  • knowledge and understanding of the principles of a data-driven approach;
  • experience working with state electronic registers and information systems will be an advantage;
