Vacancy in the structure of DTEK ENERGO

Main tasks:·

• Integration of data cubes with SAP and creation of structured databases from existing Excel files. 
• Independent development of complex queries and View in Transact-SQL language. 
• Automation of business processes of the financial department, including generating reports and creating dashboards in Power BI
• Development and support of flexible data analysis models using Excel and Power BI, including scripting analysis.
• Interaction with financial department for data collection and processing, formation of management reporting and analysis of deviations.
• Optimization of processes and automation of reporting in order to improve the efficiency of the department.
• Creation prototypes of Excel solutions for operational processing of management requests and further automation based on Power BI.

Required professional experience:

• Experience in organizing budget process with a significant number of centers of financial responsibility
  
• Experience in developing/supporting models assessment of financial results of business, potentials and losses
  
• Experience in processing and analysis significant arrays of data, developed analytical apparatus
  
• Ability to form short conclusions based on the analysis of a large array of information
  
• Experience in preparation presentation materials
  
• Experience in setting problems with automation
  
• Knowledge of operational basics of management
  
• Knowledge of the basics of macro and of microeconomics, financial management, statistics, math. analysis
  
• Knowledge national and international financial reporting standards
  
• Experience with MS SQL Server, including writing complex SQL queries and creating structured databases.
  
• Deep knowledge of Power BI (including programming on DAX and Power Query) to develop dashboards and reports.
  
• Knowledge and experience with Excel, including working with pivot tables, formulas and building models
• Experience integrating data with SAP ERP and working with unstructured data in Excel.
  
• Understanding financial processes (budgeting, factor analysis, modeling forecast scenarios).
• Ability to translate financial requests for technical solutions.
• Experience of working with large volumes data, developed analytical skills.
• Experience in setting tasks for process automation and their implementation.

It will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of Power Automate for process automation.
• Experience with PowerShell for task automation.
• Experience with VBA for Excel and automation of tasks based on macros.
