Data analyst (E-commerce) in Fuperia LTD

We are looking for a specialist for the position of E-commerce analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Full sales funnel analysis: Tracks all stages of the funnel from entries to conversions and profitability, including the ability to historically analyze data.
• Separation and analysis for each SKU: Detailed analysis of the effectiveness of each product (SKU) with the ability to generate reports on individual products and groups.
• Compilation of reports on product groups : Creating summary reports using filters for product groups according to various criteria.
• Developing and setting up filters for data analysis: Setting up and the use of filters by text and numeric parameters to filter out groups of products by standard sizes, qualities, margins, trends, problems (returns, etc.).
• Category analysis goods by quality indicators: Determination of product groups by various quality characteristics, such as: problematic (high percentage of returns), low-margin, top, new, trends.
• Support for analytical reports to adjust product positioning: Constant monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of product groups to make decisions to improve them or eliminate problems.
• Database architecture and visualization

Requirements:

• Experience with sales analytics and conversion funnels: Understanding of all stages of sales, from attracting traffic to profitability analysis, including knowledge of basic metrics (conversion, ROI, margin, etc.).
• Experience with data and analytical tools: Skills in working with analytics platforms (for example, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) to create reports and analyze data for individual SKUs and their groups.
• Skills in working with large volumes data and filters: Experience with filtering and segmenting data using various text and numerical parameters to analyze various product categories.
• Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and other data processing tools: Advanced level of working with tables, including the use of pivot tables, formulas, and filters for analyzing large volumes of data.
• Experience in analyzing products by qualitySpecific characteristics: Ability to analyze products based on margin criteria, returns, trends and other characteristics, identify problematic and promising products.
• Experience with E -commerce platforms and product management tools: Knowledge of content and product management systems (PIM, CMS) for the correct collection and analysis of information on SKUs and product groups.
• Skills in creating reports and data visualization: Ability to present analytical data in an easy-to-read form, prepare reports for making business decisions.
• Understanding of the basics of marketing and product positioning: The ability to adjust product positioning based on analysis of competitors and their characteristics.
