JSC "ProCredit Bank" — a specialized bank for business, which is part of the international ProCredit group, whose shareholder is the international financial organization — ProCredit Holding (Germany), invites to join the team of professionals and announces a competition for the position of data analyst in the city of Kyiv.?

Main duties:

• Collect, process and analyze large volumes of data to identify useful dependencies and trends;
• Conduct research and propose new data analysis tools and methods; /li>
• Creation and maintenance of regular analytical reports;
• Creation of technical tasks for the construction of samples from the bank's accounting systems;
• Calculation and construction of analytics by the direction of retail business products;
• li>
• Prepare reports and presentations with analysis results for company management (optional).
• Develop and implement analytical models and forecasts to improve the efficiency of business processes (optional).

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, IT or another related field;
• Experience in banking for at least 1 year;
• Ability to analyze received data, systematize, find patterns;
• Experience with Excel at the Advanced User level;
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking, attentiveness, focus on professional development.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with Power Point;
• Basic knowledge of SQL;
• Knowledge of methods of regression analysis, cluster analysis and time series analysis;
• Experience with Power BI or other tools for building dashboards;
• Basic knowledge of macroeconomics;
• Knowledge of the basics of banking business;
• Upper-level English intermediate B2.
