To be in our team is to work faithfully and efficiently to create new opportunities in Ukraine. Skills, experience and knowledge: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline: statistics, financial engineering, mathematics, machine learning, deep learning or economics; programming languages ​​for data processing and modeling (Python, R, SQL, etc.); statistical skills such as such as regression, Bayesian statistics, modeling, etc.; creation of information panels and visualizations (Looker, Superset, Tableau, etc.); English language proficiency: General — high B2+; conversational - C1; knowledge of Big Data, Data Pipelining, Machine Learning, etc.; knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs such as AWS Bedrock, Open AI, AWS Bedrock, Meta LLama; GovTech project experience will be an advantage; strong communication and visualization skills , to effectively present their findings to various audiences; the ability to collaborate with a global team, implement innovation and strive for joint achievements; the ability to work in an environment that requires prioritizing work, changing deadlines, managing risks, adhering to agreements, etc. Responsibilities: full mixed work schedule [to be discussed];identify and use metrics for decision making, and perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights for product development; collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, development, research, and marketing; work with external data sources via APIs; build models to understand user behavior, product usage data, and predict growth; evaluate product impact and performance; ensure standards, scientific rigor, and best practices for product version control, technical documentation and various methodologies; providing feedback to other teams, time management and working to deadlines.
