Data Analyst / Analyst in a pharmaceutical company in Koyfin

We are looking for a confident, systematic, detail-oriented, ready to learn and develop assistant analyst in the business process efficiency department.

Functional duties:

• Collection and processing of data for the analysis of the company's performance;
• Working with the database in the CRM system (Quadrasoft): maintaining and updating data in CRM, ensuring their relevance and accuracy
• CRM data analysis: evaluating the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies, monitoring and analyzing the performance of medical representatives;
• Development of informative reports and interactive dashboards;
• Preparation and assistance in the preparation of presentations;
• Transport operation administration of the company
• Close cooperation with sales department, marketing department and external service

Your skills:

• Higher education in pharmacy, business analytics, economics or related disciplines (preferred);
• Experience as an analyst in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred);
• Advanced level of use of Excel, Power Point;
• Basic working knowledge PowerBi systems (preferred);
• Experience with the Quadrasoft SRM system (preferred);
• Basic knowledge of work in 1C (preferred);
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and be able to analyze them;
• Attention to details, thorough approach to tasks;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
