Data Analyst / Analyst in a pharmaceutical company in Amaxa Pharma

We are looking for a confident, systematic, detail-oriented, ready to learn and develop analyst to the business process efficiency department.< /p>

Functional responsibilities:

• Data collection and processing to analyze the company's performance;
• Working with the database in CRM system (Quadrasoft): maintaining and updating data in CRM, ensuring their relevance and accuracy
• CRM data analysis: evaluating the effectiveness of strategies of the marketing department and sales department, monitoring and analyzing the performance of medical representatives;
• Development of informative reports and interactive dashboards;
• Preparation and assistance in the preparation of presentations;
• Administration of the company's transport work
• Close cooperation with the department sales, marketing department and external service

Your skills:

• Higher education in pharmacy, business analytics, economics or related disciplines;
• Experience as an analyst in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred);
• Advanced level of using Excel, Power Point;
• Basic work knowledge PowerBi systems (preferred);
• Experience with the Quadrasoft CRM system (preferred);
• Basic knowledge of work in 1C (preferred);
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and be able to analyze them;
• Attention to details, thorough attitude to the performance of assigned tasks;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in team
