We are looking for a confident, systematic, detail-oriented, ready to learn and develop analyst to the business process efficiency department.< /p>
Functional responsibilities:
- Data collection and processing to analyze the company's performance;
- Working with the database in CRM system (Quadrasoft): maintaining and updating data in CRM, ensuring their relevance and accuracy
- CRM data analysis: evaluating the effectiveness of strategies of the marketing department and sales department, monitoring and analyzing the performance of medical representatives;
- Development of informative reports and interactive dashboards;
- Preparation and assistance in the preparation of presentations;
- Administration of the company's transport work
- Close cooperation with the department sales, marketing department and external service
Your skills:
- Higher education in pharmacy, business analytics, economics or related disciplines;
- Experience as an analyst in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred);
- Advanced level of using Excel, Power Point;
- Basic work knowledge PowerBi systems (preferred);
- Experience with the Quadrasoft CRM system (preferred);
- Basic knowledge of work in 1C (preferred);
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and be able to analyze them;
- Attention to details, thorough attitude to the performance of assigned tasks;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in team
