This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytically minded individual to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and manipulate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance.Conduct statistical analyses and modeling to support decision-making and forecasting efforts.Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data-driven insights.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization techniques.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Experience with data tools such as Databricks, Power BI, Tableau or Snowflake.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
