• data collection, analysis and visualization to identify key trends and patterns in user behavior, translating them into human language;
• configuration and support of infrastructure for data collection and processing, including configuration of ETL processes and database management;
• formulation of hypotheses based on data analysis and their verification through experiments;
• advising teams on the effective use of data for decision-making;
• creation of dashboards and reports for monitoring key performance indicators (KPI)
• analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommendations for their optimization;
• organizing and conducting A/B test analysis to test hypotheses and introduce changes to the product;
• detection of anomalies and potential risks in data for rapid response;
• constant improvement of analytical processes and implementation of new approaches to data processing.
  💪 Your skills:
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, in particular in the field of digital products;
• ability to work with large amounts of data, find insights and create business recommendations;
• experience with data analysis tools such as SQL or Python;
• the ability to create interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (for example, Tableau)
• knowledge of the basics of statistics and the ability to apply statistical methods for data analysis;
• experience in conducting A/B tests and analyzing their results;
• the ability to work with many stakeholders and tasks at the same time;
• the ability to self-manage and prioritize in a dynamic environment;
• strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
  🤞 Desirable, but not critical:
• higher education in mathematics, statistics, computer science or other related field;
• experience in the online gaming or e-commerce industry l
• ability to automate data processing processes using scripts or ETL tools;
• knowledge of machine learning methods and their application in data analysis;
• knowledge of German and/or French.
