About Our Team
We help clients detect financial crimes by evaluating and improving their monitoring systems. Our team is a regional center of expertise providing technical advice to clients primarily in Europe, but also on other continents. To ensure fast results, we have developed a cloud-based application that we are constantly improving and expanding. Join our fast-growing team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers and Data Scientists and help us fight money laundering and other types of financial fraud.

Responsibilities:
80% - Working with customers:

• Analyzing data about customers and their transactions
• Transforming data and understanding their business context
• Quality assessment data
• Providing recommendations for improving monitoring systems
• Communication with clients.

10% - Development of digital products:

• Creation of data pipelines
• Development of new forms of visualization
• Programming in SQL and Python (including writing tests).

5% - Preparation of proposals for new projects
5% - Tracking trends in data analysis.

Requirements:

• Higher education (Bachelor’s or higher) in Data Analysis or related field
• Knowledge of Python, Git and SQL
• Desire to understand and visualize data
• Passion for finding insights and explaining them to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of basic and average statistics
• Experience with distributed data processing tools would be an advantage (Vaex, Dask, Spark)
• Experience in Anti-Financial Crime or banking is a plus
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and take on challenges
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel as needed.
