The DOT Defense Procurement Agency is a state enterprise engaged in the procurement of equipment, ammunition, UAVs, food, clothing, fuel and lubricants for the Armed Forces and the Defense Forces.

We are currently looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to support business decisions, generating regular reports and working closely with stakeholders to create effective data solutions for the military.

Position duties:

1. Collect, analyze and interpret data to support business decisions.
2. Form regular reporting (dashboards, presentations).
3. Work with stakeholders to clarify business requirements and transform them in data requests.
4. Document metrics, calculation logic and data sources.
5. Conduct business analysis of indicators (trends, deviations, reasons for changes).
6. Document metrics, calculation logic and data sources.

Requirements to candidates:

1. Higher education.
2. SQL (joins, aggregations, CTE, window functions - basic/intermediate).
3. Working with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker).
4. Understanding business metrics (KPI, funnel, retention, churn, revenue).
5. Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
6. Basic statistics (averages, deviations, correlations).
7. Understanding data structure (fact / dimension, sources).
8. Documentation of requirements and metrics (Confluence / Notion).
9. Work in a team.
10. Analytical thinking and orientation to business value.
11. Responsibility for results, not just data.
12. Zero tolerance for corruption.
