An international media project needs analytical reinforcement to make data-driven decisions, so now we We are looking for a  Product/Data Analyst who will help the team structure data, find patterns, form conclusions and build hypotheses to grow traffic, registrations (FD) and income from partners.

FD traffic.
  • Formulation of hypotheses for the growth of conversion, LTV, EPC, retention.
  • Preparation of analytical reports for the team (weekly, monthly).
  • Analysis of the results of A/B tests and preparation of conclusions.
  • Working with the SEO team on the analysis of positions, CTR, engagement and time on page.
  • Supporting the product manager in roadmap planning through data.
  • Documentation of hypotheses, conclusions, test results.
  • Necessary background: 

    • 2 years of experience as an analyst (product, marketing or SEO)
    • Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Amplitude or Mixpanel.
    • Understanding the principles of building funnels, retention, conversions, LTV, EPC.
    • Basic knowledge of statistics, AB testing, cohort analysis.
    • Understanding traffic analytics logic (SEO, affiliate data, FTD).

    Personal competencies:

    • Analytical thinking and systematicity.
    • Attention to details and the ability to see patterns.
    • Ability to formulate conclusions concisely and clearly.
    • Proactivity in posing questions and hypotheses.
    • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a large amount of data.

  • How we interact with candidates:  

    1st stage: online interview with HR (up to 45 minutes)
