POSITION : Analytics Specialist

FUNCTION: Marketing

LOCATION: Kyiv

Key tasks and expectations of this role: the responsibility of the analytics specialist is to provide trade marketing teams with analytical and operational support at the central office level and consolidate information from the field structure of trade marketing and company partners.

Key responsibilities:

• development of analytical tools (reports and dashboards) to monitor key business indicators;
• track KPI performance and provide detailed information on key focus areas to relevant marketing teams;
• daily use tool Power BI, creation of new reports and maintenance of existing ones;
• development and maintenance of the dashboard of the subdivision as the main tool for tracking the achievement of goals by key indicators;
• collection and consolidation of information and feedback from of the field team and the team working with national networks;
• analysis of market trends, competitive environment and effectiveness of trading strategies;
• preparation of regular analytical reports reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns and initiatives;
• collaboration with product development and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies;
• creation of analytics to evaluate ROI (return on investment) from marketing campaigns;< /li>
• development of recommendations for improving the effectiveness of marketing and trade activities.

Key requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI);
• excellent knowledge Ukrainian language;
• average level of English;
• higher education;
• leadership abilities.
