Data analyst in Knowledge Gate

We are looking for a talented and proactive manager to join our team and development of our company.

This position provides the opportunity to create processes and interaction with other departments, as well as implement your ideas to build effective work.

What we are we expect:
- at least 1 year of IT experience
- experience with data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI)
- entry-level SQL
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw useful conclusions
- the ability to independently solve problems;

It will be an advantage:
— experience in e-commerce payments
— you can work productively and pay attention to details;
— you graduate /finished data analyst courses

Tasks will be:
— updating and adjusting billing processes according to current business requirements
— deep analysis of issues that arise in the work of billing and the search for ways to solve them
—optimization of conversion of successful payments: analysis of reasons, implementation of measures to increase the percentage of successful transactions
—maintaining correspondence with PSP to resolve issues related to with payments
— monitor key business metrics, such as Approval Rate, LTV/NetLTV, Revenue, ChB/Fraud Ratio
—active interaction with teams within the company to optimize and automate processes in billing support
