We are looking an original and experienced specialist who wants to scale and develop together with us. 

What to do:

• The main task is to identify areas for improvement (bottleneck) in the sales team, propose hypotheses for improvement, control over execution.
• Identification of patterns and trends to optimize the work of the sales team, based on data from Power BI, audit results, comments of department heads.
• Providing recommendations for improving the sales funnel, optimizing strategies and approaches
• Conducting in-depth analysis for identifying opportunities to increase sales
• Analysis of potential risks and opportunities based on historical data.
• Target setting - collaboration with the sales department to effectively set goals based on input data. 
• Analysis of the reasons for non-compliance with target indicators, providing recommendations on improving processes to further achieve the goals.
• Formation of test results and hypotheses in Case studies, work process instruction, operational procedure, etc., training teams.
• Close interaction with the retention team, formation of the best practices for maintaining the base
• Analysis of the monetary efficiency of implemented projects and hypotheses.

What we expect from you:

• Experience of working closely with the sales team as a data analyst, process engineer, ROP, regional manager, etc.
• Ability to work with Power BI at the level of data analysis (development is not interesting) .
• Ability to work with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, aggregations)
• Ability to work with SQL (DQL: SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, HAVING, WITH AS, etc.).< /li>
• Experience in putting forward hypotheses, conducting tests, formatting results.
• Ability to see patterns and system errors, develop solutions to eliminate them.

• Experience in forming tasks and control over their execution.
