The main functionality of the position:

Providing analytical support towards customer behavior (CVM):

• formation of analytical reports, as well as recommendations based on the results of analysis on the optimization of the customer base
• analyze key metrics of products and customers (Ltv, PPC, churn, prolongation/retention)
• check hypotheses - form, test, evaluate the result, develop metrics that will help determine the success of experiments (A/B tests)
• prepare audiences for cross-selling, longing, etc.

Working with databases and large amounts of information (analysis, research).

Written by samples and reports

Creation of technical tasks and specifications for the development of new data sources 

Participation in the preparation and implementation of direction projects (CVM)

We expect from you:

• higher education (finance, statistics, system analysis, economic cybernetics, mechmat, etc.)
• ability to work with databases and large sets of information
• knowledge SQL programming languages ​​(medium, advanced will be an advantage),
• knowledge of MS Office - advanced level of Excel knowledge (Power Query, Power Pivot (pivotal tables), SQL queries to the database)
• possession statistical analysis tools R or Python - would be an advantage
• strong analytical and data visualization skills
• experience in Power BI - would be an advantage
• work experience in the field of analytics, data analysis from 1 year
