Our main focus of work is B2B services and technology solutions for clients from all over the world. And yes, maintaining the legal and transparent market of Ukraine is a must-have, that is why we were the third in the country to receive a B2B license for the provision of gambling services.

We are expanding our dream team and looking for Data Analyst to the UX Research team.

 Your future tasks:

• collection, analysis and visualization of data to identify key trends and patterns in user behavior, their translation into human language;
• configuration and support of infrastructure for data collection and processing, including configuration of ETL processes and database management;
• formulation of hypotheses based on data analysis and testing them through experiments;
• advising teams on effective use of data for decision-making;
• creating dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• performance analysis marketing campaigns and recommendations for their optimization;
• organization and analysis of A/B tests to test hypotheses and introduce changes to the product;
• detection of anomalies and potential risks in data for rapid response;
• continuous improvement of analytics processes and introduction of new approaches to data processing.

 Your skills:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, in particular in the field of digital products;
• ability to work with large volumes of data, find insights and create business recommendations;
• experience with data analysis tools such as SQL or Python;
• ability to create interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g. , Tableau)
• knowledge of the basics of statistics and the ability to apply statistical methods for data analysis;
• experience in conducting A/B tests and analyzing their results;
• ability to work with multi-stakeholders and tasks simultaneously;
• ability to self-manage and prioritize in a dynamic environment;
• high communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.

Desirable, but not critical:

• higher education in mathematics, statistics, computer science or other related field;
• experience in the online gaming or e-commerce industryl
• ability to automate data processing processes using scripts or ETL tools;
• knowledge of machine learning methods and their application in data analysis;
• knowledge of German and/or French.
