< li>Higher education in the field of health care organization and management, public health informatics, statistics, applied mathematics, economics or other relevant discipline.
• Experience with data collection, verification and analysis (at least 2 years).
• Ability to work with office software (Microsoft Excel) at a high level (using formulas, macros, processing large volumes of data).
• Ability to learn quickly new software tools for automation and information processing.
• Ability to write clear and structured technical documents and instructions.

It will be an advantage:

• Skills in working with programs for data visualization (for example, Power BI or Tableau).
• Skills in working with CRM systems or other information systems for accounting and data collection.
• Experience working with large volumes of data in healthcare or public health.

Responsibilities of our candidate:

• Coordinating the process of data collection and processing from various sources (databases, electronic document management systems) in order to ensure their quality and reliability.
• Organization of information collection and data verification from regional centers of medical statistics and institutions authorized to collect and process data and other partner organizations.

• Preparation of methodological materials, templates and standard operating procedures for data collection, verification and analysis.
• Maintenance and optimization of databases to ensure quick access and effective analysis of information.
• Preparation of technical documentation and creation of instructions for users on the use of data collection and processing systems.
• Tracking changes in the regulatory and legal field and adaptation of reporting and accounting forms.
