Mission for the role: Ensure reliable protection of information assets and financial flows of the company by developing and implementing effective cyber security strategies. Guarantee the security of corporate infrastructure and Internet transactions, minimize financial risks, as well as provide comprehensive protection of customer data and business processes from cyber threats. none">Requirements:

• Minimum5 years experience in cyber security management or related fields (Infosec, risk management, IT security).
• Experience working withinternational companies and remote teams, including coordination of work in different time belts.
• Successful experiencestrategy development and implementation cyber security in companies with 100 employees or more.
• Practical experience in the fieldsecurity of online payments, work with payment systems and control of financial flows. none">processing, storage and protection of personal data, including the requirements of GDPR and other international regulations.

Skills:

• Strategic planning and development of policies and procedures cyber security.
• Ability to quickly respond to security incidents and manage crisis situations.
• Development experience and conducting internal cybersecurity training for employees.
• Knowledge of international information security standards (ISO/IEC, NIST, etc.) and the ability to adapt them to the needs of the company.
• Skills in working with interfaces and integrations of payment systems, ensuring the security of payment processes.
• Development and implementation of recovery plans after incidents (Incident Response, Disaster Recovery) and financial stabilization streams.

Professional knowledge:

• Cyber security standards and protocols: ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR.
• Assessment and management of financial risks in IT infrastructure.
• Basics of cryptography and data encryption methods.
• Tools for monitoring and responding to security incidents (SIEM, SOC processes, incident management).
• Tools for protecting customer data and transactions, including PCI DSS standards.
• English language - level B2+.
• Security of cloud services (AWS), working with Bare Metal infrastructure and integration of payment systems into technical architecture.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the company's cyber security strategy, including the protection of payment systems and cash flows.
• Assessment, monitoring and risk management in the field of financial transactions and online payments.
• Creation, implementation and maintenance of security policies and procedures in accordance with the requirements of GDPR, PCI DSS and other regulations.
• Development and implementation of internal cyber security training programs for employees.
• Definition of key security performance indicators and constant monitoring of the protection level of online payments.
• Collaborate with technical, financial and product teams to integrate security into all business processes.
• Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for avoiding repeated threats.
