Your responsibilities:
- Client-oriented consulting: provide innovative, personalized solutions for of each client, actively using the latest technologies and data to improve the quality of service.
- Inquiry and task management: ensure a timely response to incoming inquiries, implementing proactive strategies to solve problems and create additional value .
- Team building and cross-functionality: actively collaborate with colleagues and other departments to improve customer journey and increase customer loyalty.
ul>What do we expect from you?
- Language skills: command of English, Polish or German at the advanced level . Additional languages will be your competitive advantage.
- Effective communication strategies: the ability to adapt your communication according to the context and needs of the client, the ability to convey key messages clearly and intuitively.
- li>Time management and self-management: the ability to work in conditions of multitasking, to apply lean methodologies to increase own productivity and to focus on the most important priorities.< /li>
- Basic technical literacy: confident use of a PC, knowledge of office programs and modern communication tools.
- Experience in customer service will be an advantage, but we are ready to invest in your onboarding and provide the necessary resources for professional growth.
