Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken, B2 level or higher);
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian (written and spoken, B2 level or higher);
  • Basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent support to customers via phone calls;
  • Create and process support tickets;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and VoIP phone application issues;
  • Work independently to handle telephony-related issues using ServiceNow and collaborate with internal and onshore teams to resolve complex problems
