We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our Getpin team! Getpin is a SaaS service that helps businesses increase sales by automating the processes of communication with customers and controlling information about the company on the Internet. We have been working for 5 years in the markets of Ukraine, Europe and the USA, and have experience working with more than 50 thousand locations of our customers. Among them are Nova Poshta, lifecell, PUIB, Fora, Podorozhnyk and hundreds of other companies. Getpin is a valid partner of Google, Apple and Microsoft in working with their mapping services, as well as integrated with social networks Facebook and Instagram for centralized management of communication and reputation of our customers. What the Customer Support manager will have to do on a daily basis: Maintain constant communication with Getpin customer support managers and perform their tasks. Work with customer locations through the Getpin account. Work with Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Bing Places for business — add new customer locations, fill in and change information on locations. Place locations on map services such as OpenStreetMaps, Bing maps, Apple maps .Communicate with the support of Google Business Profile, Bing maps, Apple maps.Process excel tables and/or Google SpreadSheets with a large amount of data.Communicate with the Getpin development team;Display the results of work in CRM and reports. our company and do not hesitate to answer "yes" to the questions below: Do you have experience working with excel at the level of a confident user, that is, not only calculating the sum, adding and subtracting, but namely working with formulas and a large amount of data? Is there a desire to read the manuals and understand them independently? Do you have experience working with CRM systems? Is your level of English intermediate and can you write letters in this language?
