Main responsibilities:

• Providing operational technical support to the company's clients through various communication channels (phone, e-mail, chat, messengers);
• Diagnosing and solving technical problems faced by clients;
• Consulting on connection, configuration and integration of the service;
• Transferring complex technical issues to developers;
• Tracking the status of the solution customer problems and ensuring a timely response;
• Communication with other company departments;
• Maintaining a high company image, through high-quality performance of one's duties.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position or in the field of customer support will be an advantage;
• Ability to learn quickly;
• Strong communication skills, the ability to clearly explain technical aspects to non-specialists;
• High stress resistance and the ability to work in multitasking conditions;
• Quality performance of duties.
