- Knowledge of the Polish language from B1 and above;
- Clear diction;
- Ability to study work standards, and there are a lot of them;)
What you need to do in this position:
- Communication with Polish-speaking clients (phone, e-mail, messengers);
- Remote user support;
- Infrastructure monitoring and response according to documentation;
- Identifying priorities and resolving incidents;
- Working in shifts to support customers 24/7.
