Customer Support with experience in gambling/Gambling in t-Spase

T-Space – a company that has several IT products , as well as the departments of mediabaeng. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Support with gambling experience to work on one of our products.

Main tasks:

• Accept incoming calls from customers (online chats/letters);
• Help in working with the site (carry out technical information support);
• Study and test the functionality of the company's products at a sufficient level to provide high service ;
• Interaction with other departments of the company, within the framework of solving the client's issues;
• Show client orientation in work and help as much as possible in solving issues;
• Prepare an analysis of appeals and project user issues.

 Requirements:

• Experience in customer support (online gaming industry or casino is a mandatory condition);
• Initiative, desire to learn and willingness to take responsibility for the result;
• Ability to clearly formulate your thoughts.
