Customer Support (Web3/Crypto Part-time 2/2) in PointPay

 Format: Remote, Part-time (8:00-20:00 GMT3+ day shift CET) 16 shifts per month
 Company: PointPay — global crypto services ecosystem (Exchange, Wallet, Payment System, Launchboard)

 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer support
• 1+ year in crypto/web3 (is a must)
• English C1+, Russian or Ukrainian C1
• Experience in Google Sheets (reports, formulas)
• Customer care orientation
• High writing grammar and attention to detail
• 
  

 Responsibilities

• Customer support via Intercom
• Managing and auditing user accounts
• Manual transactions
• Reporting

Required domain experience

Blockchain / Crypto 1 year

Required languages

English C1 — Advanced

Russian C1 — Advanced OR Ukrainian Native

Remote work from anywhere according GMT 3+

Flexible working schedule — 2 days of work, 2 days of weekend) You work only 4 or 3 days per week ^_^

Format: Remote, Part-time ( 08:00-20:00 CET day shift)

Salary 5$ per hour (900$) from start, after trial 6$ per hour (1100$)

Right now we don’t cover vacation and sickleaves, but we have possibility of salary review after approbation period and 2 times a year
