As we continue to expand, we are looking for a responsible Support Team Lead to manage the team and maintain high standards of service quality for our customers. Your tasks: — manage the support team; — control the KPI of the team, the quality of service and the correctness of answers to customers; — to guarantee that each client will not be left without an answer and will receive advice on all his concerns; — create a healthy climate in the team and increase labor productivity; — form a team, participate in the hiring process; — to automate and improve work processes; —collect statistics and prepare reports for partners; — maintain the necessary knowledge about the Zendesk product; —participate in global projects and within the company to improve our products and optimize the experience of our users. — organizational and management skills, excellent communication skills; —experience in optimizing processes and increasing the efficiency of resource use.; — the ability to organize and plan the work of the department; — experience working with Zendesk software products and services; — previous experience of working as QC/ Team Lead, experience of creating processes in the support team; —developed skills of stress resistance and business orientation.
