Basic< /strong>responsibilities:

• Processing requests from tourists and agents Join UP! Poland.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Search and offer optimal solutions for customers.
• Conducting on-site information campaigns.
• Informing customers in case of changes in the flight schedule.

What we expect:

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience of working with objections.
• Knowledge of Polish at level B2 and above, English at level B1.
• Communication, responsibility.
• Customer orientation.
• Ability to learn.

Will be a plus:

• Customer support experience or experience in the tourism or aviation industry.
