That is why we are looking for a candidate for the position "Customer support specialist", who speaks Czech/ Slovaklanguage to communicate with clients and solve their problems/problems.

Primary duties include:
Providing informational support to customers in written or verbal format.
Resolve customer inquiries and problems by finding out the reasons why they may have arisen.
Supporting the process of processing applications and ensuring a timely response to requests.
Providing quality feedback when the client has problems.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Czech/Slovaklanguages at an intermediate level and above.
Ability to effectively work with several clients at the same time. p>
The ability to find a common language with customers, patience.
Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (no revisions, Saturday-Sunday - youweekdays). NO REMOTE FORMAT.
Experience is not required, we provide training and internships.
