We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.Our ambition is to become global leaders in international expansion, mastering the art of the fastest market entry and establishing highly efficient operations in new territories.We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist SMM to become a part of our team.Job DescriptionHelping clients through real-time support (Telegram, Instagram);Interacting with other departments to resolve issues; social media monitoring to identify customer requests and responding quickly to them;Responding to comments and messages on social media providing prompt and professional support;Creating reports on customer activity on social media analyzing them to improve services;Tracking trends and new opportunities for effective customer engagement on social media;Creating content for the Telegram channel including writing posts developing visual materials and planning a content strategy working on attracting an audience to the Telegram channel maintaining active interaction with subscribers;Analyzing the effectiveness of content in the channel implementing improvements to increase engagement reach tracking competitors' activity and analyzing their strategies. QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and empathetic approach$Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with a focus on social media management$Proficiency in major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram;Experience with social media management tools and analytics;Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism;Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;In-depth understanding of social media trends and best practices;Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
