In connection with the expansion of the company, we have a vacancy for a Customer Support Specialist with knowledge of the Romanian language. This specialist works in the User Support Department of the company's contact center. Responsible for remote interaction with users, consultation on the technical and financial part of the product over the phone and via online chat. Requirements: Very high level of oral, written Ukrainian and Romanian literacy; PC knowledge at the level of a confident user; Ability to work with large volumes of information and willingness to learn ; Communicability; Persistence; High level of self-organization; Work experience in related fields will be an advantage. Responsibilities: Interaction with users: provision of qualified consulting assistance on the technical and financial part of products mainly by telephone; familiarization of users with the company's products, their characteristics, current promotions and offers; Interaction with other departments of the company: forwarding requests to solve technical and financial difficulties of users, receiving feedback for the purpose of further informing users; informing about identified problems or errors on supported resources.
