To achieve our ambitious goals we are looking for Customer Support Specialist to our team.
Basic responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming calls and making output campaigns.
• E-mail processing
• Basic consultations of tourists on their issues (departure time, communication with agent, etc.) .
• Transfer of Turks to Agency from various sources (mail, social networking, calls, etc.)
• SMS informing tourists and agents in case of changes to the flight program.
• e-mail Informing tourists, agents, partners and block customers in case of changes to the flight program (including local languages ​​of all the operating markets Join Up! non -working time.
• Confirmation of Last Minute Reservations.
• Confirmation of places on the flight and ticket statement. > Communication with partners to solve force majeure (non-vaccination, overbuildings, transfer problems, refusal to register for a flight). Guarantee letters, warranty reports or payment orders and opening access to documents. l>

What do we expect:

• Experience in a similar position of 6 months (work in tourism or aviation will be an advantage).
• Higher education.
• Knowledge of Romanian and English in levels above average.
• Experience with objections.
• Knowledge of languages: English (above average), Russian (high), Romanian (high).
