You will be able to communicate with people from different countries as well as with those who speak your language: we have colleagues and clients all over the world. Here you will get any help, advice, and assistance.Your main tasks at the position will be to:Сonsult clients about our products and services mainly via chats and emails;Promptly respond to requests of our clients and help them solve their queries and issues;Make researches;Make outgoing calls;Follow internal rules and standards of customer service;Collect feedback from your Clients.Requirements:Ukrainian - Advanced and above;English - literate Upper-Intermediate/Advanced and above;Ability to work remotely: own PC, stable Internet connection;Personal qualities: responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking;Ability to work 40 hours per week in a rotational schedule, including night shifts;Experience as a Customer Support Specialist will be an advantage.Conditions:28 days of paid vacation annually + unlimited paid days off.An unlimited number of paid sick leave days.Online work demands a good Internet connection.
