Customer Support Specialist (Prom) in EVO

About the project:

Prom is the largest marketplace in Ukraine, where more than 100 million products are sold from tens of thousands of entrepreneurs from all over the country.

On Prom

• Every buyer can find everything they need at the best price: from a toothbrush to a cultivator for the garden and vegetable garden.

• Every entrepreneur can sell products in the catalog of the marketplace, on the site created on the Prom platform and in the mobile application "Prom purchases".

 Prom in numbers:

• 60 thousand Internet entrepreneurs work on the marketplace work.

• 52 million monthly visitors to Prom

• 102 million products are placed on Prom

About the team:

Our team consists of three specialists who every day answer the questions of Prom.ua buyers regarding orders and functionality of the marketplace. We are always service-oriented and try to help every client.

What is important for this role:

• have experience in the field of customer consultation/support (calls / chats / letters)

• competent writing in Ukrainian

• be attentive to details, be able to find the essence of the problem and separate secondary

• have experience working in a team and autonomously

Would be an advantage:

• experience with Zendesk/Jira.

Stages of selection:

• acquaintance with the recruiter
