We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with knowledge of the Polish language to join the team!
Your responsibilities include:
- Provide high-quality customer support through outbound calls and mail.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues .
- Transmitting requests to resolve technical and financial difficulties of users and receiving feedback for further support of users.
- Reporting of detected problems or errors on supported resources.
