Global Logistics - is looking for an energetic and motivated employee for the position of Customer Service Specialist. We are a leading international transportation company serving the USA, Mexico and Canada. We provide efficient and reliable logistics for our customers, ensuring the delivery of their goods on time and safely.

Position description:

• Driver Support: Interact with drivers and resolve their queries and issues via phone, email.
• Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with various logistics contractors and internal departments to ensure efficient and timely delivery of cargo.

• Documentation: processing and saving data on orders and deliveries, creating reports and analyzing information.

So what should be done?

• Monitor and control the movement of drivers along routes,
• Check documents, photos and enter information in CRM
• Communicate with drivers about the route

Night shift work from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

day shift from 3pm to 1am

Saturday-Sunday-weekend

! Speaking  English  B2                

What is important for work:

• Quick communication in English B2
• Type speed (preferably 150 zn)
• Friendliness in communication.
• Attention when working with digital information.
