What will be included in your duties?
- Support customers via e-mail and chat: prompt answers to questions about the company's products and services.
- Helping customers by phone (up to 15% of working time).
- Responding to customer inquiries and solving problems, in particular, the redirection of complex technical and financial issues to the relevant departments.
- Reporting on detected errors or shortcomings for their prompt elimination.
What do we expect from the candidate?
- Spanish at level B2 and above.
- Confident use of PC and office programs.
- High communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Experience in the field of customer support will be your plus, but the most important thing is the desire to learn!
