What will be included in your duties?

  • Support customers via e-mail and chat: prompt answers to questions about the company's products and services.
  • Helping customers by phone (up to 15% of working time).
  • Responding to customer inquiries and solving problems, in particular, the redirection of complex technical and financial issues to the relevant departments.
  • Reporting on detected errors or shortcomings for their prompt elimination.

  • Confident use of PC and office programs.
