When selecting candidates for the position of Customer Support Manager (English language) / QA, we pay attention to:
Hard skills:
- Writing and speaking English up to the upper intermedia level
- The ability to quickly and carefully study the product;
- Experience working in online chats/tech. support (will be an advantage);
- Advanced PC user, preferably with administrative skills (Windows);
- Experience (possibly small) in testing.
- The summary should be written in Russian or English.
Soft skills:

Daily tasks include:
- Constant communication with users of our product;
- Identification of the motive of the client's appeal;
