About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with English skills to join our energetic and multicultural team, who will share our passion for solving problems and building strong relationships with our reseller partners and end users around the world.
Area of responsibility:
- Providing excellent and effectively support 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software through online sessions, telephone, email and periodic on-site events
- Manage support requests: collect all relevant information from customers according to company procedures and record it using company CRM
- Interact with other departments and disseminate customer feedback
Skills required:
- Customer-oriented approach
- Good communication skills, ability to askyou and listen
- Strong oral and written skillsEnglish language (Upper Intermediate)
- Ability to solve problems and think logically
- Orientation on results and stress resistance
- Aspiration for self-development and desire to learn
- Experience of working with clients is advantage
