At the moment, there is an open vacancy for Customer Support Specialist with knowledge of the English language.

Your daily tasks will be:

- communicating with customers, helping and solving their problems by phone and in the support chat;

- working with the CRM system, maintaining the database;

Requirements for the candidate:

- able to learn quickly and overcome difficulties;

- have developed communication skills;

- experience working with clients (sales, consulting, etc.) will be an advantage!

Conditions:

- work schedule: 5/2 out of 11 :00 to 20:00;

- full time;

- office 5 minutes from Klovska metro station.
