Your responsibility zone:

• To carry out client support: entrance, outgoing calls, correspondence;
• help customers with Placement of vacancies;
• Education input \ outgoing calls, chats, e-mail and lida;
• respond promptly to client requests, with the purpose of processing them within the defined time;
• Qualitative and quickly work out requests on all these communication channels in accordance with the established standards (KPI);
• Provide consulting and other services to clients (assistance in working with service, assistance in the demonstration of service, solving problems etc.);
• Keep data on customer requests in SS instruments (CRM, chat, telephony, etc.), with a clear description of customer situations/needs; customer data, fixing and updating information about them;
• Maintain effective communication with other departments of the company;
• make proposals for improving current workflows for cooperation with clients; > Prepare and send clients commercial offers (on the input of the client);
• Work on attracting and accounting for new clients, studying their needs, consultation on technical and consumer characteristics of services;
• introduce Proposals for improvement of workflows and programs (CRM, Admin-Panel);
• Creating reports on the work performed and to improve work efficiency
