Customer Support Specialist / Client Manager / Medical Coordinator in Domashenko M., FOP

Our partner, the agency helping married couples worldwide grow their families through surrogacy in Ukraine, is looking for an organized, fast-learning Client Manager (Medical Coordinator) with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor!  This role involves guiding clients through the complex and deeply meaningful surrogacy journey. 

Remote full-time position: You work from home most of the time, but when needed, you will accompany clients to medical facilities, embassies, notaries, etc. in Kiev.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Kyiv
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work during U.S. and European business hours (14:00–24:00 Kyiv time) No, you are not sitting at a desk the entire time, but while cooking dinner, walking the dog, or picking up your children from school, you should be ready to communicate with the client.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Assisting clients by answering their questions and resolving concerns

•  Preparing and reviewing client documentation for accuracy

•  Representing clients and facilitating all aspects of the surrogacy process

•  Coordinating with medical facilities to ensure smooth client services and visits

•  Maintaining proactive communication with clients, medical facilities, management, and relevant parties

•  Reporting progress and challenges to the team

•  Keeping detailed records of client interactions and progress

•  Ensuring excellent organization and accountability

Employment Details:

•  Occasional travel to Lviv may be required

Віддалена робота (повна зайнятість): Ви працюєте з дому більшість часу, але за необхідності супроводжуєте клієнтів до медичних закладів, посольств, нотаріусів тощо в Києві.

• Готовність працювати в годинному поясі США та Європи (14:00–24:00 за Києвом). Це не робота, що вимагає постійного сидіння за столом – важливо бути на зв’язку навіть під час повсякденних справ

• Допомога клієнтам у вирішенні питань та надання консультацій
