The Job:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist whose responsibilities will include:
- Responding to reviews on AppStore and Google Play;
- Handling user requests;
- Maintaining FAQs for internal and external use.
We expect you to:
- At least 1 years of experience in the same position;
- Attention to detail and ability to find a personalized approach to each user;
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other departments;
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new conditions and changes;
- English proficiency at an Upper-intermediate level or above.
