As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will implement and maintain high standards of service for our clients.

Work schedule:

  • 4 working shifts per week, including 1 mandatory night shift;
  • morning shift: 7:00-16:00; day shift 15:00-00:00; night shift 23:00-8:00 (in Kyiv).

You will:

  • communicate with users, work with feedback and complaints via live-chat, tickets and email;
  • process several chats simultaneously with the same attentiveness;
  • provide empathetic service to meet the needs of our users;
  • advise customers about the company's products, their operation and functionality.

About you:

  • have English level B2 (both spoken and written);
  • have experience work with Zendesk, Intercom;
  • have 6-12 months of experience in Customer Support;
  • have excellent communication skills and can handle user complaints politely, professionally and in a timely manner;
  • can work both independently and in a team;
  • you are attentive, persistent and solution-oriented;
  • flexible to work schedule (night and weekend work);
  • quickly adapt to changes in a dynamic business environment.
