Mainresponsibilities:

• Process appeals of tourists/passengers
• Interact with partners to resolve tourist issues
• Work with the reservation system (confirmation of reservations, making changes, informing tourists about changes etc.)
• Accept incoming calls
• Search for and propose optimal solutions for clients
• Provide consultative support to clients/prospects
• Conduct informative outings calls

What we expect:

• Ability before training
• Customer orientation
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language
• Proficiency in English at level B1 and above
• Work experience as customer support or experience in the tourism and hotel and restaurant sector will be a plus. We offer: Official employment
• Hybrid/remote work format
• The schedule is variable, 3-4 shifts per week. Day shifts from 9-21, night shifts from 9-9
