ABNK Premium Systems is an innovative company specializing in the development and implementation of software for financial institutions. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our technical support department in the city of Kharkiv.
Tasks:
- Providing high-quality technical support to customers by phone, e-mail and online chat;
- Solving customer problems and questions regarding the use of our software;
- Successfully resolving conflict situations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer support will be a big plus;< br/>- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different categories of clients;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stress resistance;
- Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
