We expect from you:

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language: oral and written literacy, good diction;
• Higher education;
• Experience in communicating with customers;
• Customer orientation, courtesy, identification skills needs.

What will you do:

• Accepting incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers, for the purpose of informational support and consulting regarding the use of the robota.ua site.
• Update and support of all information about site users.
• Attracting clients to use all site functionality to quickly close vacancies.
• Congratulations clients with personal and professional holidays.
• Helping clients with writing vacancies and posting them on the site.
• Training new users of the robota.ua website to work with the resume database and publish vacancies.

• Help with the preparation of payroll analytics for clients.
• Assist sales professionals and fulfill their requests regarding clients.
• Inform about advertising companies and share site achievements.

• Interaction with company managers, colleagues from the technical support department.
• Ensuring the fulfillment of specialist work standards (customer support).
