Responsibilities:
- Research of technological solutions:
- Analysis of existing technological solutions and assessment of their potential for implementation in traditional businesses.
Monitoring the latest trends and innovations in the technology sector.
- Customer development (CasDev):
- Conducting interviews and surveys to identify customer needs and problems.
- Gathering feedback on early at the stages of product or service development
- Analysis of collected data to adjust and improve offers
Communication with clients
- Gathering customer requirements, analyzing their business processes and understanding their needs together with the pre-sales technical department team.
- Maintaining constant communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and adjust solutions on based on their feedback.
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with PO, PM, BA and Solution Architect teams to design and implement solutions.
Documentation and reporting:
- Completing the preparation of technical documentation and reports for clients (the task is carried out by the client manager, with little supervision from ICS).
- Formatting the documents into a presentable form together with the designer , if necessary.
Social media management:
- Professional management of personal accounts in social networks to attract attentionto the company's activities.
- Creation of content, interaction with the audience and promotion of innovative solutions.
Search for potential of customers:
- Identifying potential customers based on the ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Correspondence with potential customers , establishing initial contacts and moving to business negotiations.
Participation in conferences and online meetings:
- Attending relevant conferences and online meetings for training and attracting potential customers.
- Conducting trainings for potential customers at events.

- Organizing and participating in the planning of such events.
A small role in support and training:
- Assists the technical team in preparing and conducting trainings.
- Supporting the technical team in preparing instructions and training the client's employees, informing about client's project.
Working conditions:15 paid working days per year of vacation, national holidays according to the Ukrainian calendar, up to 15 days of unpaid vacation per year, unlimited days of unpaid leave in case of overtime
