  • speaks Spanish and Ukrainian on level B1 and higher;
  • has English language skills at level A2 and higher (optional);
  • has experience in support, experience in communicating with customers in tickets, chats (but if there is no experience , and there is a great desire to learn - also welcome);
  • interest in the topic of trading;
  • writes competently and communicates correctly with clients;
  • responsible attitude to work, open , knows how to work in a team;
  • seeks development and self-improvement, because ATAS provides just such an opportunity.

Your duties will include:

  • respond to written tickets, chats of platform users;
  • advise clients on issues related to the use and operation of the ATAS platform;
  • resolve conflict situations within the limits of their competence.
