Travel Helper is a customer support center operating in the hotel business. Our main task is to guarantee the security of reservations and trouble-free check-in of guests at the hotel.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the English language (level B2)
• Ability to work night shifts (1-2 per week)
• Competent and clear language
• Availability of a computer

Responsibilities:

• Communication by phone and e-mail with company partners and hotels
• Entering information into the hotel database
• Checking the availability of reservations at the hotel
• Resolving urgent issues regarding reservations

Salary:

Payment after successful completion of the trial period — from UAH 16,000 (during the trial period — UAH 14,000)
